On February 15, Jufeng Technology held a unique team building activity, and the company's workshop director and above managers and key employees actively participated in the event. The activity mainly revolves around the team collaboration barrier model and conducts in-depth analysis, aiming to help team members re-understand the team and themselves.

Through vivid and interesting explanations and interactions, the event allowed participants to gain an in-depth understanding of the five major obstacles to teamwork and conducted profound reflections on their own situation. Among them, the goldfish tank meeting session was the highlight of this event. Members achieved self-cognition and improvement in self-evaluation and other evaluations, further enhancing the team's cohesion.

This team building activity not only gave participants a deeper understanding of team collaboration, but also provided them with a platform for self-improvement.
