Responsibilities |
1. Responsible for the operation status, records, assessments, and daily management of company equipment. 2. Responsible for the daily management of water, gas, and electricity, as well as spare parts management. 3. Responsible for drafting the annual and monthly maintenance plans for company equipment. 4. Responsible for the repair of mechanical failures in company equipment, analyzing the causes, and keeping records for filing. 5. Organize maintenance personnel to conduct regular maintenance of mechanical equipment, keep maintenance records, and supervise the execution of these tasks. 6. Conduct drawing surveys for easily damaged parts of equipment and coordinate with machine processing. 7. Responsible for analyzing potential hazards of equipment, proposing maintenance plans, repair technical solutions, and standards. 8. Responsible for emergency repairs and fault analysis, guiding maintenance workers to complete the inspection and repair of mechanical equipment. 9. Responsible for the file management of company equipment and other tasks assigned by desirable. |

Requirements |
1. College degree or above, majoring in mechanical manufacturing or related fields. 2. Familiar with the basic principles and processes of automated equipment. 3. Work experience: 3-5 years of experience in equipment maintenance. 4. Proficient in AutoCAD drawing software and office software. 5. Responsible, with strong adaptability and good team spirit. |

Responsibilities |
1. Formulate maintenance work plans, develop weekly, monthly, and annual preventive maintenance calendars, and establish inspection and preventive plans. 2. Responsible for the repair of company equipment and facilities, promptly and effectively diagnose and resolve complex electrical faults. 3. Ensure equipment reliability meets standards, and work with equipment and equipment managers to reduce equipment failure rates to ensure production capacity is met. 4. Responsible for compiling Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for equipment operation, maintenance, and upkeep, and train frontline operators on handling common equipment malfunctions. 5. Manage the daily consumption of production equipment parts and spares, tools, establish and maintain equipment records, keep accounts up to date, and accurately track the shortage of equipment parts and the statistics of non-conforming goods (NG). |

Requirements |
1. College degree or above, electrical automation and other related majors; 2. Familiar with the electrical principles and maintenance of automation equipment and CNC equipment; 3. Familiar with the programming of PLCs such as Mitsubishi and Siemens, and skilled in the preparation of touch screen programs; 4. More than 3-5 years of experience in equipment maintenance; 5. Responsible, strong adaptability, and good team spirit. |
