Responsibilities |
1. Participate in the early-stage quality planning of new projects, formulate, implement, and maintain quality control plans at various stages to ensure the quality of products or services; regularly and irregularly assess process capability as required and take corresponding countermeasures. 2. Develop, execute, and supervise inspection and testing procedures to ensure products meet quality standards, participate in the planning and acceptance of equipment and tooling; compile product measurement plans and measurement tool plans for project stages; conduct measurement system analysis and verification, and align with the measurement systems of clients. 3. Responsible for customer mass approval and on-site audits, participate in PFMEA analysis, and lead the preparation of PPAP documents. 4. Collect, analyze, and report data related to product or service quality, identify issues, and propose improvement suggestions. 5. Participate in internal project stage system and product/process audits, participate in second-party and third-party audits; audit production processes and documents to ensure compliance with quality requirements and regulations. 6. Organize the resolution of internal quality-related issues, track the root causes of problems, and take corrective actions. 7. Lead the response to customer feedback on mass-produced products and close corrective and preventive actions. 8. Evaluate and supervise the quality of suppliers to ensure the stability of the supply chain. 9. Train employees to understand quality standards and processes, and provide necessary training support. |

Requirements |
1. College degree or above, with training in quality systems and quality management. 2. Familiar with quality tools such as 8D and the seven QC tools, and knowledgeable in the five core tools (APQP/MSA/SPC/FMEA/PPAP). 3. Work experience: Possessing 3 or more years of relevant work experience in quality management. |
