CM Process and Quality Control Department Manager:

College degree or above, machinery and other related majors. Be familiar with quality tools such as 8D and QC, and be familiar with quality management methods and quality tools. Familiar with stamping, welding, die-casting processes and technologies, understand stamping and welding machines pressing die-casting equipment and molds; be familiar with automation and industrial engineering knowledge. Have more than three years of relevant work experience and team management experience.

Quality Engineer:

College degree or above, machinery and other related majors. Familiar with quality tools such as 8D and QC, understand quality management methods and quality tools, and have received training in quality systems, quality management and other aspects. Have more than two years of relevant work experience.

Project Engineer:

College degree or above, major in machinery manufacturing, two years or more project management experience in the automotive industry. Familiar with MS software and proficient in using office software.

Process Engineer:

College degree or above, majoring in machinery manufacturing. Familiar with drawing software applications, familiar with stamping processes and mold technology. Have three years of work experience in the automotive industry.

Die casting engineer:

Master the die-casting process of aluminum alloys, be familiar with smelting, die-casting machine operations and parameter adjustment. Understand mold design, optimization of casting and drainage system and defect control (such as shrinkage and air holes). Familiar with mold flow analysis, master drawing software and die-casting mold design, and pass the special process training and assessment of CQI-27.

Recruitment Supervisor:

Bachelor's degree or above in human resources and other related majors. Have more than three years of work experience in the same position, be proficient in recruitment processes, and be familiar with various recruitment channels. Have good talent assessment and selection skills, and be proficient in using office software and human resources management systems. Have affinity, strong communication and coordination skills.

Planning Director/Team Leader:

College degree or above, with more than two years of work experience in the same position. Have experience in warehousing management, planning and analysis capabilities. Have excellent organizational coordination and communication skills. Familiar with knowledge on production planning, production logistics, etc. and have practical experience.
