Lu Jiayu from the Finance Department spoke on behalf of the award-winning employees. She thanked the company for the training and recognition of her. She said that behind every honor today is condensed countless sweat and efforts. Every award-winning employee standing here has used his or her own story to explain what true struggle and persistence are. In the future, he will continue to forge ahead with fuller enthusiasm, live up to expectations, and work hard.

At the end of the commendation agenda, Chairman Qiu Dong delivered a speech, comprehensively reviewing the development achievements of the company in overcoming difficulties and forging ahead in the past year, fully affirming the hard work and outstanding contributions of all employees, and speaking highly of the responsibility and fighting spirit displayed by everyone in their respective positions. At the same time, based on the company's long-term development, Director Qiu looked forward to the company's future development, made systematic arrangements and good prospects for future development, built consensus, inspired people to forge ahead, and further inspired the high morale and enthusiasm of all Jifeng people. Chairman Qiu emphasized that in the new journey, we must always adhere to the bottom line of safety, strengthen our sense of responsibility, and have the courage to take on our responsibilities. After the commendation agenda, EHS director Zhang Gong conducted professional safety education for us on resumption of work and production. It clarified the safety key points for resumption of work and production, helping everyone quickly switch from the leisure state during the New Year to the work mode, always keeping the operating regulations in mind, and avoiding safety risks. It also allowed us to see the next safety work tasks, and once again tightened the string of safety production.

At the end of the conference, General Manager Zhang delivered a speech, summarizing the results of safety production work, sorting out existing problems, and making arrangements for follow-up safety management work. All employees must improve safety awareness and safety responsibilities, strengthen daily inspections and hidden danger management, improve emergency response mechanisms, keep the alarm bell ringing, and make unremitting efforts to ensure the safe and smooth operation of production and operations. Finally, Mr. Zhang congratulated the winning employees and sincerely wished all employees and their families safety and health.
